If you have a Premium entry or you have purchased event pack postage, your event pack will be posted out to the address you supplied during registration in the 2-3 weeks leading up to the event.
If you are a General entry ticket holder and did not purchase event pack postage, you will need to collect your event pack from the Event Village in the centre of Pitlochry, at either 5pm-7pm on Friday 13 May or 10am-7pm on Saturday 14 May. Please note, participants cannot collect event packs on event day.
Please bring a valid photo ID with you or a signed photocopy and a letter of authorisation if you are collecting an event pack on behalf of someone else.
We are encouraging participants to try to keep and reuse items such as safety pins from event to event. As a result, we are no longer sending out safety pins in our event packs, reducing the environmental impact of our event and as part of our broader sustainability manifesto. Please do your best to bring some with you on event day!
For anyone who is unable to bring their own safety pins, we will have areas within the festival village to collect some.
