Please note, if you are unable to attend and would like a refund, you must let us know in writing a minimum of 1 month before the event date. If you would like a deferral to 2023 or to transfer your place to another LSC Member you must let us know in writing a minimum of 1 week before the event date.
Unless you purchased Refund Protect at the point of entry, as stated in the terms and conditions, there will be absolutely no refunds, transfer of places or deferrals to 2023.
There are a great deal of costs involved in staging an event of this proportion, such as paying for staffing, infrastructure, road closures and medical cover, all of which aren’t recoverable.
